Joseph Williams and his wife Lidia, Providence Williams and his wife Sarah, and Ann Poulson appointed Providence Williams to be their attorney in this transaction. The deed is witnessed by Nathaniel Ewing, Isaac Saunders, Hugh Lawson, John Graham, David Patterson, David Denny. 1736 Cecil, Maryland.⁵
